If we receive formal written complaints, we undertake to contact the sender to follow up on the complaint. We also undertake to cooperate with the relevant legislative authorities, e.g. The Danish Data Protection Authority, to resolve complaints about the transfer of personal data that we cannot resolve directly with our customers/collaborators.
10. Changes
Our personal data policy may change from time to time. We do not limit your rights under this privacy policy without your express consent. Any changes to this privacy policy will be indicated on the itools.dk website, and if significant changes occur, we will draw attention to them in a more conspicuous way (for certain changes, we will e.g. inform about changes by e-mail).
11. Your rights
You have the following rights:
You have the right to request access, correction or deletion of your personal data.
You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to have the processing of your personal data restricted.
If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time. Your revocation will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to your revocation of your consent.
You have the right to receive the personal data that you have provided yourself in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (data portability).
You can always submit a complaint about the processing of your personal data to a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. The Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
You can make use of your rights by contacting Online Manager Anna Larsen at the following e-mail al@itools.dk, after which your inquiry will be handled manually.
We may refuse requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require a disproportionate amount of technical intervention (e.g. developing a new system or significantly changing an existing practice), affect the protection of others' personal information, or something that would be extremely impractical (e.g. eg requests for information held as backups).
If we can correct information, we will of course do this free of charge, unless it requires a disproportionate amount of effort. We strive to maintain our systems in a manner that protects information from erroneous or malicious destruction. When we delete your personal data from our systems, it is therefore possible that we cannot always delete associated copies from our archive servers immediately.
There may be conditions or limitations to these rights. It is therefore not certain that you, for example, have the right to data portability in the specific case, or that your objection is met - this depends on the specific circumstances in connection with the processing activities.
